Holiday Soft Caramel Corn


Egypt to remove all pop-up and two big bowls of popped corn from one bowl to use (unpopped kernels at the bottom of the container will be all original).

3 quarts popped popcorn
1 cup butter
1/2 cup honey
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup roasted almonds
