Quick and Easy Onion Rings


Mix dry ingredients in a large pot of beer and. Heat oil in frying pan or equivalent. Separate the onion slices and stir gently with a mixture of beer.

For a layer at a time, if carefully without touching each other, to support adequate, place onion slices in hot oil coated. Cook for about one minute until lightly brown and drain on paper towels.

Separate onion slices and gently mix in with beer mixture.
Carefully put coated onion slices in hot oil, just enough for one layer at a time, they will stick together if touching. Cook for about one minute until lightly brown and drain on paper towels.
