Vitamin Salad

We'll explain how you make very healty salad It's really easy, do not be afraid! We're here for you.

INGREDIENTS

100 gr broccoli
sprinkling of dill weed
1 carrots
zucchini
100 gr cauliflower
1 Roasted Red Pepper
8 Pieces Mushrooms
sprinkling of parsley
1 tea cup of canned corn
½ tbs olive oil
    
For sauce 

2 tbs lemon sauce
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbs yogurt
2 tbs olive oil

METHOD:

Cut zucchini and carrots like julienne! Boil cauliflower and broccoli 9-10 minutes! Finely chop peppers! Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl! Andadd the sauce in style!
