Vitamin Salad

INGREDIENTS

100 gr broccoli
sprinkling of dill weed
1 carrots
zucchini
100 gr cauliflower
1 Roasted Red Pepper
8 Pieces Mushrooms
sprinkling of parsley
1 tea cup of canned corn
½ tbs olive oil
    
For sauce 

2 tbs lemon sauce
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbs yogurt
2 tbs olive oil

METHOD:

Cut zucchini and carrots like julienne! Boil cauliflower and broccoli 9-10 minutes! Finely chop peppers! Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl! Andadd the sauce in style!

INGREDIENTS

An Eggg
1 pack of margarine in room temperature
½ cup granulated sugar
1 pack of baking powder
Enough flour
3 Apples
1 tsp cinnamon

METHOD:

Grate apples,take it ceramic or teflon pans. Add ½ cup sugar, cook until water is absorbed.
Add cinnamon on the pie. Take it after stirring aside. 
Add all ingredients to the mixing container for leaven
Impaste well
after 20-25 min. to cook, keep waiting in room tempature.
And then you could serve!

SINGAPORE CHILI CRAB RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

2 lb. crab of your choice, chopped into sections
* 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
* 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
* 1 dried chili / 2 bird’s eye chilies
* 3 tablespoons chili paste / sriracha sauce
* 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
* 4 tablespoons ketchup
* 3 tablespoons thin soy sauce
* 1/4 cup warm water
* 4 tablespoons sugar
* 2 eggs
* 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped


METHOD:

Break the crab up into sections and smash the claw a little to help it absorb flavors.
Cut and blend the ginger, onion, chili, garlic, sriracha sauce and shrimp paste into a fine paste.
Saute the paste over medium high heat in a wok, stir-frying until it cooks down.
Add soey sauc, ketchup, sugar and water and stir to combine.
Add crabs and stir to coat evenly then let it sit and cook, covered for about 20 minutes over medium heat.
Once the crab is red and cooked, uncovered and break the egg, stirring to combine with the rest of the sauce to thicken it and add more substance.
Cook for another 5-6 min. over medium high heat until the sauce cooks down
Dish the crab, garnish with cilantro and serve fresh and hot!

Pasta with Tomatoes Sauce

Ingredients 

250g tomatoes
3 tbs olive oil
salt (if liked) pepper (if liked)
1 packet of pasta

Method

boil the pasta in a stewpot! cut and roast the tomatoes in a skillet and add 5 tbs pasta water, add the salt and pepper. when the pasta ready, filter! and add sauce to the pasta! mix them in the same stewpot! it's ready. Bon appetit

Cannellini bean and tuna dip

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp plain yoghurt
Toast fingers, to serve
400 g tin cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
180 g tin tuna, drained
2 to 3 tbsp chopped parsley or chives
2 tbsp lemon juice
Method 

Mix all of the ingredients very well. If liked, with toast fingers Serve topped with a drizzle of olive oil.
