Honduran strawberry cheesecake quesadillas recipe

Ingredients

4 (8 inch) flour tortilla
2 tablespoons softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons strawberry jam
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar

Directions

1/2 a side of bread spread with cream cheese 2. Apply an equal amount of jam on the cream cheese. Form the remaining cream cheese quesadillas on the first two tortillas, and spread with the remaining 2 tortillas.
Quesadillas in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat until golden brown and, cook for 5 minutes on each side. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
