Ingredients
4 pounds chuck roast
1 (4 ounce) can green chile peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) oven.
Place meat on the foil up into a large heavy frying. In a small bowl, green chile peppers, pepper, oregano, cumin, garlic and salt to combine. Mix well and rub over the meat.
Instead of meat in a roasting pan and wrap the foil completely.
Frying oven destroyed with only a fork 3 1/2 to 4 hours at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C), or up. Remove from oven and shred using two forks.
