Sauté the collected oil spills, slowly chopped bacon until crispy. Cook and drain spinach according to the directions on the package. Bacon, sour cream and add the spinach and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add coconut and serve. This is a good tasting made the day before required.
1/4 lb thick slab bacon, diced
